Setting off into the pre-cordillera mountains
Camping in the mountains gets you closer to nature and has its special delights. We offer from one night/2days to four or five days going out from El Toyo in spring and early summer, or from the same or longer in the high Andes going out from Banos Morales.
Camping will always be near a river with pools for bathing on summer evenings. We make a campfire to cook on and sit round in the evening. The food is good and the location unimaginably beautiful and the weather in summer is usually faultless. In late spring and summer there are flowers and birds and usually you will see a condor somewhere on the trip. See more on Prices
Camping in El Toyo, pre-cordillera

Setting up camp in El Toyo
and el Clarillo:

The campsite in El Clarillo, High Andes

Will be in Santiago on March 16 & 17, 2012. On March 17th need to be at the airport for a 7:00 p.m. flight (need to be there 2.5 hours early, so at the airport by 4:30 p.m.).
So, a couple of questions:
1. Would it be possible to be back to Santiago for 4:30 on an overnight trip?
2. What equipment do you supply and what would we need to bring?
3. What would cost be for 3 adults?
