In winter, from El Toyo we cannot offer such long rides, but can offer up to 3 or 4 days, although most people choose just 1 day without camping at this time of year, or more days but with accommodation in a hostel or hotel (not included in price) It is important to read the terms and conditions before booking a trip. |
Rides in January and February to early March, out from Bano Morales:
English speaking guides: if you need an English speaking guide the cost is 15,000 extra per day. The Chilean arrieros who take you are very 'simpatico' and good at non-verbal communication, but they don't speak much English.
Sleeping bags, mattresses and warm clothes:We can hire these out to individuals or small groups. We also have hats that we can lend you, if the size is available.
Transport to and from Bano Morales: We can organise this for you, with pickup from hotels or addresses in Santiago, or from a nearby metro station for a more economic journey.
